Ownership, sources, and how this guide is made

Ownership

Commercial Cleaning Sales Guide is published by Sovereign Compute LLC, the company behind AutonomousGTM.

The ownership statement is supplied by the publisher and has not been independently verified against corporate records. The guides name no individual author, and we make no claim of personal credentials, customer results, awards, or endorsements.

What the guides cover

The publication is a sales workbook for owners and sales leads at commercial cleaning companies. It covers facility fit, buyer roles, walkthrough preparation, and follow-up. It does not give guidance on cleaning methods, staffing or hiring, residential work, or clinical environments, and it is not legal, safety, or compliance advice.

How sources are used

We link a public source only for a narrow claim it supports. We reviewed each page directly on October 10, 2026. Everything else is editorial judgment, and we say so.

  • OSHA: its cleaning-industry page lists hazards including cleaning chemicals, ergonomics, falls, and personal protective equipment. We use it only to prompt you to record constraints and ask for competent operational guidance. It does not verify compliance.
  • BLS: duties include handling trash, floors, and restrooms, and schedules can include evenings, nights, and weekends. We draw no demand forecasts, hiring advice, or buyer-authority conclusions.
  • EPA: product label directions address intended use sites, application, and pathogen-specific contact time. We recommend no product and no universal time.
  • BSCAI sales summit page: the summit was dated September 30, 2026 and is past; its program discusses prospecting, relationships, and sales and operations alignment. We take no outcome data from it.
  • BSCAI SOW guide landing page: it titles the guide for non-healthcare facilities. We did not review the underlying PDF and cite none of its recommendations.

Fictional examples

Every worked example is labeled fictional. Names, facilities, times, and outcomes are invented to illustrate a method. They are not customer results, case studies, or benchmarks. The checklist's example button fills in fictional text and labels it.

Common ownership and the related service

Because the publisher also owns AutonomousGTM, each page carries a clearly marked, secondary link to its commercial cleaning page. Links use a fixed set of route identifiers and carry no information you type. Using the guides or checklist never requires a purchase.

Crawlers and the robots.txt choices

Our robots.txt allows Googlebot, Bingbot, and OAI-SearchBot, and blocks GPTBot. OpenAI documents that OAI-SearchBot (search) and GPTBot (training) settings are independent, and that user-initiated ChatGPT-User requests may not follow robots.txt.

We allow Google-Extended. Google documents it as controlling Gemini and Vertex training and specified grounding, not Google Search inclusion or ranking. The tradeoff: allowing it preserves grounding eligibility but permits the uses Google describes; blocking it would also restrict Gemini and Vertex grounding while leaving Google Search unchanged.

Google's AI features documentation says supporting-link eligibility needs an indexed, snippet-eligible page, with no extra technical requirements, and no citation or ranking is guaranteed. Following Google's JavaScript basics, text and links are in the static HTML. We do not publish an llms.txt file or special AI markup.

Privacy

The publication adds no accounts, analytics, cookies, or remote fonts. The checklist keeps answers in page memory only. Ordinary page and asset requests still occur, and hosting-platform behavior is separate from this worksheet.
